Zero Tolerance for Violations

These guidelines are essential for ensuring the safety of all participants at Elevate Scottsboro LLC Trampoline Park. The park's staff should enforce these rules consistently and be trained to respond to emergencies and enforce safety measures effectively.

1. Age and Height Restrictions:

   • Participants must meet age and height requirements for specific attractions or areas.

   • Each zone is clearly marked.

2. Waiver Requirement:

   • All participants (or their legal guardians) must sign a liability waiver before entering the park.

3. Safety Briefing:

   • Attendees must review safety rules posted throughout the park before using the trampolines.

   • Rules and guidelines will be briefed during check-in and also located on the liability waiver.

4. Proper Attire:

   • Wear appropriate clothing, including non-slip socks.

   • Remove any loose or sharp objects from pockets.

   • No weapons allowed

5. No Jewelry or Accessories:

   • Remove jewelry, watches, and accessories before jumping.

6. One Jumper at a Time:

   • Jumping areas are for single jumpers at a time.

   • No double bouncing or pile-ups.

7. Supervised Children:

   • Children under a certain age should be supervised by an adult at all times.

8. No Flips and Tricks Without Training:

   • Perform flips, tricks, or advanced maneuvers only if you have received proper training and are authorized.

9. Queue Lines and Waiting Areas:

   • Maintain orderly queues and wait your turn.

   • Do not run or push others.

10. No Sitting or Lying Down:

    • Do not sit or lie down on the trampolines.

    • Always land on your feet.

11. No Rough Play:

    • No pushing, shoving, or other forms of rough play.

12. Respect Personal Space:

    • Be aware of others' jumping space and maintain a safe distance.

13. Exit Areas Carefully:

    • Use designated exit areas when leaving the trampolines.

14. No Food or Drink on Trampolines:

    • No eating or drinking on the trampolines or in the jumping areas.

15. No Cameras or Phones on Trampolines:

    • Do not bring cameras or phones onto the trampolines.

16. Follow Staff Instructions:

    • Always follow the instructions of Elevate Scottsboro LLC Trampoline Park staff members.

    • They are there to ensure safety for all park attendants.

17. Report Injuries or Concerns:

    • Report any injuries or safety concerns to Elevate Scottsboro LLC Trampoline Park staff immediately.

18. No Drugs or Alcohol:

    • No drugs or alcohol are allowed on the premises.

19. No Unauthorized Access:

    • Do not enter restricted or off-limits areas.

20. Respect Park Hours:

    • Adhere to the park's operating hours and session times.

21. Emergency Procedures:

    • Familiarize yourself with emergency evacuation procedures and exit locations.

22. Zero Tolerance for Violations:

    • Violation of safety rules may result in ejection from Elevate Scottsboro LLC Trampoline Park without a refund.
